You can not do like what you said above. Category and Brand always display name and quantity of product.
They are not like a filter such as color, size, price, ...

I have checked and seen that: You still do not use SMTP for contact form. That is necessary part for allowing send and receive email.
You may search video SMTP for contact form 7 Wordpress and install by yourself, otherwise that will be a customized task.
