Hi LamHB,
I tried and the result was not good as I am using demo 2. https://www.eternalscent.co.za
However, I want to keep header style 01 and change the middle part color where logo is seating from white to #A48D7B.
Please see attachment for reference.

You can customize some interfaces for the header in Theme Options (screenshot_1). If it does not meet your requirements, you can use child-theme to customize deeper (screenshot_2).
