    Ocolus wordpress theme Homepage Popup Issue

    Dear Support,

    I have purchased Ocolus wordpress theme few days back and I am facing few issues.

    1. How can I disable popup from home page?
    2. In website admin panel>Popup Builder>Settings doesn't have save button. I have attached the screenshot.
    3.Popup Builder > Popup 01 > Edit with Visual Composer is not showing visual editing. I have attached the screenshot.

    Need your urgent support.

    Hi,
    Our supporter has solved your issues.
    1. Do not choose "Enable popup" or if you want to display for particular page then choose the page in "Page display" (only the chose page will show the popup)
    2. Do not need to click save button, because all the changes will be saved automatically
    3. Need to provide WPBakery's editting permision for popup (ovic_popup). https://prnt.sc/4agi88Aj7gc2

    In website admin panel>Popup Builder>Settings doesn't save automatically. I had tried to disable the popup but it doesn't work and also doesn't save settings automatically. Please check.

    Hi,
    Our supporter has checked your site, and see that: you are using PHP 8.3.3.
    Using the newest version may not be stable.
    Please using PHP version 8.0 and then our supporter will check your issue again!

    - admin panel>Products>Add New section there is "Ratio isotope" under Meta Product Options: That option is used to defined the product's ratio in Product list style - isotope https://prnt.sc/N5-CvgP65gpt , that is showed in demo home02 https://ocolus.kutethemes.net/home-02/
