I have checked and seen that: You still do not use SMTP for contact form. That is necessary part for allowing send and receive email.
You may search video SMTP for contact form 7 Wordpress and install by yourself, otherwise that will be a customized task.

Hi,
Theme options still work normally. You cannot remove the currency and language from the top header in Theme Options because the homepage has Metabox enabled (read the Metabox option description). Disable Metabox and all theme settings will be received from Theme Options.
