Loading and editing issue

Even after making the elementor version rollback to version 3.18.3, we are unable to edit the pages. Please resolve. We have put our concerns in the ticket "Taking lot of time to load for editing the page or post". Still no response from 4 days. Hence I am raising new ticket.

Can you reply and provide solution. It's impacting our business a lot else provide refund.
