It's the top banner. You login dashboard choose Pages>>Add anew page( baner page) and make your banner there and then return the dashboard>>Ovic Panel>>Theme Options>>Header>> Desktop>>enter your banner page at the Header banner box.

It í not at the Theme Option. As i replied above. From the dashboard choose Pages>>Edit your home front page >> Theme Setting and turn off the Enable MetaBox Option at there. Please try again and let me know your results.
