    Help with template update

    Dear kutethemes team,
    support time is renewed, can you help me with updating the template? I would like to update Elementor to version 3.27.2 and the template display is broken. The mobile display is bad, can you please help me?

    Please be careful, the site is already in live traffic.

    Hi,
    thank you very much for the update, but not all pages display the mobile view well, on some pages the menu is displayed as for a computer. For example on the homepage.

    Hi,
    "Here is screen of ovic error" : I tried to enable debug and find the error but couldn't find it, can you specify the link or do what actions to cause this error to appear.
    "Here is screenshot of mobile template." : This problem comes from a cache outside the dashboard, I tried to clear the cache and do some tests in the dashboard but outside the home page there is still an uncontrollable cache. Please check again to see if there is any cache from the server, hostings, domain, ...
    If possible, please send me the Cpanel or Ftp account so I can check more.

    Thank you for your effort, but we had to quickly fix the error ourselves, it would drive away customers.

    Please provide information on what to do if I want to have a lightbox with arrows, but when I enable it in the ovic administration, a second gallery is over launched in addition to it. Is it possible to activate only one of them? Thank you

    Yes, in ovic is lightbox with navigation arrows activated, I found, that in elementor was lighbox activated over your lightbox. It's already fixed, bud I would like to set opacity to theme lightbox, at least 0.9 or 0.8. Where is possible to do it?

    This just requires adding a few lines of css, I have added css in Theme Options for you, you can customize the parameters accordingly.

    There must be some mistake, I tried to login with google with my account, and checked in administration and saw it saved in users panel, please check again.
