By the default of theme, customers can not edit by the Elementor or other one. In your case then you need edit php codes at the wp-content\themes\biolife\templates\header and the functions.php file at the wp-content\themes\biolife.
Also to replace subcategory on Vertical category: You enter the dashboard choose Appearance>>Menus>> and then choose ...
