    Ovic Addon Toolkit and Elementor Theme Builder issue

    I contact you again after installing the new version of the Biolife theme dated December 2024. The incompatibility problem between Ovic Add-on plugin and Elementor has reoccurred. If I activate the Ovic plugin and try to use the Elementor Theme Builder a critical error is reported on Wordpress. As soon as I deactivate the Ovic plugin, everything returns to normal.

    I ask you to take permanent action in the next updates as well because this way with each update the problem will recur.

    Hi,
    I have checked your website, Elementor and Ovic Addon Toolkit are activated and running normally. What is the critical error you see, please send a screenshot or video of the error so I can check.

    The website is working properly but you cannot use Elementor's Theme Builder.

    This is an error that you took action on a short time ago and has recurred since the December update.

    With the Ovic plugin active the Theme Builder does not work.

    Hi,
    I tried creating a new template and it works fine (screenshot_1), maybe your old template has some shortcode that has been broken for a long time, this is an Elementor pro template, we cannot check it.
    In addition, the error message and instructions have been sent to the admin's email, please copy the content and send it to me.
    In addition, please send support to Elementor Pro so that we can find a way to solve the problem for you (send them the error message above).

    Hello. The error I am reporting is the usual one that occurred a few months ago and which you solved for me. It not depends from Elementor but from Ovic Addon plugin beacouse if I deactivate the Ovic plugin all works great. Please, could you check more thoroughly and help me resolve this? It's unbelievable that this issue occurs every time with Elementor updates. If I contact Elementor for support, they will try to deactivate various plugins and will definitely tell me that the issue is caused by Ovic Addon, advising me to reach out to the plugin developers, which is you.

    In the layout you created from scratch, the Theme Builder opens and displays correctly, but the Elementor widget panel keeps loading indefinitely and doesn’t work.

    Additionally, WooCommerce is now reporting that the theme contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files and should be updated to ensure compatibility.
