Hello,
how to edit the categories on mobile menu? can i change the icons? if yes where?

It is a menu in the header, go to Theme Options / Header to see what that menu is (screenshot_1). Then go to the menu panel, find that menu, click on the Settings button of the menu item whose icon you want to change (screenshot_2), then click on the icon tab to change it (screenshot_3).
