Hello,
I am writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction with the lack of action in resolving a technical issue that I initially reported 14 days ago. This issue directly affects my ability to use Elementor in the presence of the "Ovic Addon Toolkit." Despite reminders sent 11 days ago and again yesterday, I have yet to receive any feedback or resolution.
I must emphasize that such a response not only reflects a lack of professionalism but also seriously affects my work and operational processes, which are crucial to my business. This is not just a matter of technical support; it is about basic respect for your customers and their time.
I had expected that the technical support would be prompt and efficient, given the importance of the "Ovic Addon Toolkit" and Elementor for the user experience and functionality of the website. This situation has negatively impacted my opinion of your company and the services provided.
Additionally, I am unable to remove a blog post that appears incorrectly below all blog posts on the site, despite not setting it up in this way. This issue is compounded by the fact that I cannot edit the footer with Elementor as intended due to a conflict with the plugin.
Given these issues, I kindly request that you treat this problem with the highest priority and provide a solution as soon as possible.
