few problems

Hello,
i have 3 questions:
1. How to fix this white bar under he menu? see attached picture
2. I cant find there to change the links in the footer? see attaches picture, tried via footer and elementor but i cant find where to change the text
3. the products i create dont show up in the categories and dont show up on the home page

1. Done, that is the background of megamenu, i was turned off https://prnt.sc/oYVaIGDE0j9S
2. That is a shortcode menu, it is a callback to a menu https://prnt.sc/ysQW8R0B2rLV , so go to the menu panel and edit that menu

about number 2, that i found! i cant figure out there to change the text? how to translate? the about us, customer service and etc.

Let go to the menu panel and edit that menu "Footer Menu - Information"
