Update error

Hello,
My client had the page created with the Biolife theme, but when they changed webmasters they didn't give him the purchase code.
We bought it to be able to update the theme (we could only update the pages if we deactivated the Ovic Addon Toolkit plugin) since the client was in the middle of a campaign and we couldn't leave him with the page down.
Now that it's finished we can update, but we still have the same problem, I don't know if it's due to the changes in version 3.1.6 or if there's something else.
