Several problems when installing the Biolife template

Hello, there are several problems when installing the template:
1.- On the home page, at the top of the site there is an empty space that I can't find how to fix.

2.- On the home page, at the end of the page, the entire content of the home page was duplicated. When importing the content, it was only duplicated once, but despite that, the content was duplicated. I have looked for how to remove it, but it doesn't appear in Elementor or when editing the page.

3.- There are problems with the footer, it doesn't appear on the home page, about page, contact page, it doesn't appear on all the content pages. And when it does appear, for example on the blog and the shop, the footer is broken. I have checked it in Elementor and I see it correctly. I have regenerated CSS and synchronized the Elementor library, but it still doesn't work.
