Firstly, you should check which Footer you are applying for your site is. It is in Theme Options > Footer
Secondly, negative to Footer Builder then edit for that Footer. Then you will change the info you need.

Please update the theme to the latest version (1.1.2)
No displaying Footer issue was fixed in version 1.1.0. And now pls update your theme to the latest one. If the issue still occurs, pls provide me your ftp account then my coder will check for you

You can update these 2 files/folders:
biolife/functions.php and biolife/framework/theme-functions.php

These 2 folders are just for Missing Footer issue only. You should use the Child theme to apply your changes, your customization there. If not, you will not be allowed to update the Main theme anymore
