    I can't import the demo data. I am receiving the message "There are no predefined import files available in this theme. Please upload the import files manually! " after I press the import button. Can you assist me?

    As I replied on your ticket via Installation service, I will help you to re-install the theme. But when I import demo data, your own data will be overwritten (posts, products, images, ...) You already did backup. So do you agree with this?

    Yeah because you replied on 2 areas so I cannot control all. I think I replied here, it will enough.
    Have you done backup yet? If you have done it, I will start to do the task right now. And remember, when I import demo data, your products, images, ... will be lost
