    Hi,

    Yes, it is one of the bug of theme and we already fixed in the new version of theme.

    We are waiting for the approval of Themeforest to upload. You can wait for the update version on Themeforest or provide me your admin account, we will fix directly on your site

    Hi,

    I replied you that you could download the update package on Themeforest.(We are different from the time zone but we will try to reply within 24h)

    I will show you the two ways to update theme: Update whole theme or update theme version. You can choose one of them.
    Big note: Before updating or changing anything, pls backup both of your database + source-code.

    1. Update whole theme. If you do not customize anything in sour-code on every files, I recommend you to update whole theme, it is very fast and easy way.
    + Step 1: You need to download the attached-package from Themeforest.
    + Step 2: Upload this zipped file to the root folder of your website via ftp or Cpanel, then extract this zipped file directly on your site, so the changed/updated files in these folders will be overwritten automatically ,... Or upload directly the .zip file of theme onto your site (You have to delete the current Biolife theme in your site first then upload the new one later)
    + Step 3: Clear cache of your site (in the backend).

    2. In case you customized / changed something in the Main theme, you should do BACKUP first or change all into Child theme. It will be safe.
    Then update theme as in No.1 with 3 steps.
    After updating successfully, you can add back your backup files / folders
