    I'm trying to see how to solve the footer issue and after Friday they just commented that they already have the approved update ready.

    I write to you repeatedly what I should do, install, remove, install on top, or what is the way to go, however I do not get an answer.

    I tell them that when selling a product they must indicate in which situation the template or theme is, so that the client with the complete information makes a purchase decision.

    If not, they cause customer discomfort and create a bad image of the product and the support. I suspect they will respond to me with a robotic message apologizing for the inconvenience caused.

    If I am not going to have a solution I hope I can process the refund of the amount
