I have checked and found that your theme version's too old. Please backup your site and update to the latest theme version, it's version 1.8.1 and let me know your results.

To add logo, you should turn off the Enable Meta Box option at the dashboard>.Kuteshop>>Theme Options>.General>>Main Settings before.
