    Please refound my money because:
    I have fresh install wordpress and i cant import the content xml....i attached the photo. yes, the php.ini has good setting. max file size etc...
    I cant import the demo sample data because i dont see the import data tab...
    I TRIED 3 hosting place ....3times bad and same errors.

    We tried with another server too. This is the 4th. (ssd, deutschland server, private etc...very quick server)
    My admin try too but we have a problem. The xls import error. We tried php 5.6, 7 version. The php is not reason for this issue.
    If you see the admin:
    Kuteshop>Dashboard - i dont have import data TAb.

    Im very sad because if i buy template and i have problems in the beginning its very-very bad feeling. What happened if i need install again. Every time i need your help? You know if i paid for something i would like to use with easy , step by step premium feeling and now i stopped on the beggining.
    I saw this import is problem for too much peoples...im afraid i will have more and more problems.
    Tell you frankly i dont like to write and give 1star etc...this is not my business and i dont like rating. But if im hesitating and i have problem can i give refound?
