    Theme running poorly

    Hi, I have had this theme running and it is causing Server issue - where its killing my resources.

    I have found that it is the Index.php file - the minute that I change the file permissions on it. I can then get access to my servce and websites.

    Is that something that you can help with. Please note I have also enabled the Wordpress debug function

    Hi dboland1
    - Your host's support for the PHP include Wordpress.
    - PHP version is 5.6.x or more
    - Memory's 256 or more
    - Post_max_size=64MB
    -Upload_max_size=64
    Also, i have checked your host, it's empty. Please install the Wordpress and import my demo contents. If it does not work, please let me know. I will help you.

    Hi sorry I didn't; realize you replied. I put another post up so please ignore that one.

    Wordpress is install, the demo contents were deleted. Do you want me to do a complete new install ? I think I need help to insure It is set up properly, can you help with that. I will pay the $29 service fee if needed.

    Hi Kazim,

    I ended up deleting the old site., It now have a new Wordpress install on it. Are you able to install the theme properl for me. so I know its working right from day one.

    It's the same result. The cause maybe by your host's firewall. Please check and unblock IP from Vietnam.

    Hi,. thanks for the install. but unfortunately its doing the same thing. This theme is killing the resources on the Server... if you have a look at the resources on the server. its the themes INDEX.PHP file... this is the original problem I had...

    I have barely done anything to the site, other then added a few plugins and started to change out the demo content.

    Can you please help !!

    - About the theme is killing the resources on the Server issues: My coders have checked and said that you should to remove unnecessary plugins, optimize product images
    - About the http 500 Error issue: the cause by the A2 Fixed W3 Total Cache. Please check again and let me know your results.
