Having trouble on Turian Theme Changing Featured Image Size

Hello!

i'm currently having trouble changing the sizing of the featured image posts on the blog articles - unfortunately they seem to cut out a lot of my images and are appearing to large on the single post screen.

Your admin account is not correct. Please check it again.
And please take the screenshot for the issue you are talking about. I will check and give you the correct answer
