site slow and down

Hello, My site was down and very slow and this error appeared: Gateway Timeout The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application. Did this happen due to of the theme requirements for php variables? What’s the solution? this is link site :

my site down when i edit the homepage in backend , and show this error/ 503 Service Unavailable Error , what is the problem?

The cause may be by your PHP version, it's too old or too new. My theme's compatible with the PHP 5.6.x or 7.1.x. If it does not work, please provide your Cpanel account via secret information area. I would like to check your host before.

there is an issue also , when clicked on filter by any thing in dropdown list or click on buttons for show page grid or list of products for category ,appeared : error 404 not found

Your Cpanel, it does not work. Please check again. As your attached file above, i think that the causes maybe by virus or your host. Please connect to your host provider, they will check and fix it. If you have other questions, please connect to me.

i activate debug mod in wp-config and there is some issue appeared in frontpage, iam very sad about a lot of problems with themes :(

in related products, i want to show related products of subcategory ,
now in theme it shows related products of main category , but i need also subcategory
example: main category is shoes , have subcategory called: Nike shoes , in Nike shoes should show related products of it , not of main cat of shoes

-About the related products issue, it's default of the Woo commerce and you have to custom by yourself or connect to customized service, where they will help you. I am really sorry because i do not support for it.
- About the lost connection at the home front page, my coders are checking and have not find out the causes. Please check your host setting also. I will inform you soon when i have got the results from coders.

there is a big issue i would like told you about speed in home page, when i deactivated Kuteshop Toolkit, site become very faster, so i want to see it , the speed with it very poor .

My coders have checked and said that the cause by the YITH Woocommerce Email Template plugin, it's conflicted with theme. Please deactivate it and check your site again.
