I have checked and found your products are variable product at the Latest Deal section. You should change to Simple product á the attachment screenshot because Woo commerce support for the Simple product ( not variable products)

To choose a home page, it's the home front page, you enter the dashboard choose Settings>>Reading>>choose A static page option and choose your page as the home front page.( You can see the attachment screenshot). Hope it useful for you.

About your question. As i mentioned last time. You can use the WPML plugin, it will translates and switch between 2 or more language. The most important is the TechOne theme, it's compatible with the wpml plugin.

1) Not all vendors are displayed

The cause maybe something's wrong when the theme's translated by the Polylang plugin. My coders will check and reply you asap but i am not sure because my theme, it's compatible with Loco Translate and wpml plugins and my coders support them.

Đấy là những lỗi nhỏ và bên mình sẽ update cùng với một số plugin như Slider Revolution. Visual Composer,....(Nói chung là khi nào có những thay đổi lớn thì bên mình sẽ update một thể)
