About your question, you enter the dashboard choose TechOne>>Theme Options>>Header>>Vertical Menu Setting and change your text at the Vertical Menu Title box as the attachment screenshot.

How can I copy this for Russian. My site has two language. Azeri and Russian

About your question. As i mentioned last time. You can use the WPML plugin, it will translates and switch between 2 or more language. The most important is the TechOne theme, it's compatible with the wpml plugin.
