Mobile View ERROR Primary Menu only in HP

Hi, i have installed the theme but unfortunately ONLY into home page when the resolution is under 780PX (for mobile version) all the menu don't work properly. We already disable all the external plugin but we still having the same issue.
In additional in Consolle view there is an'error.
