    So, I uploaded my logo onto my homepage which is fine but it only appears on the homepage - on every other page there is BOUTIQUE
    How to I put my logo on every page?
    Also there is some text beside the logo which I have edited and this appears as I have edited it on every page- I would like to change the font of this text - how can I do that?

    I have checked you site but i could not access it( see the attachment screenshot). Please check again and do not forget provide your Admin login + FTP( or Cpanel) accounts details via secret information area. I would like to check and fix asap.

    If not, I replied to say that I am able to access the homepage www.bo-borsa.co.uk immediately without issue on my PC. However, on my ipad or phone I also get the Error 404 message.
    Please see below for username and password
    Of course, I will amend my review once these issues are sorted out

    I am sorry but I really do not understand what is going on.
    I have just logged out and logged in again using the username and password which I have previously given you and which is below again.
    You say my Cpanel does not work. What do you mean ? Do you mean you cannot log in to it using the correct username and password or that you can log in but it is not working in some way.
    I have entered a few products and when I try to access www.bo-borsa.co.uk on my PC I go straight to the homepage and can navigate from there to the products. I can also edit from there once I have logged in. When I do the same on my ipad or my phone I get an error 404 message. However, if I then search one of the products which I have entered it works fine and I am taken immediately to the product(s) and can continue from there.
    You ask me again to give you a five star review. I think the theme is really nice indeed and I would really like to use it and, whilst I very much appreciate you patience and assistance in the installation despite making it clear that your tech support specifically excludes help with installation, I am really very concerned that I am experiencing so much difficult at this very early stage. I am not trying to do anything very complicated, I am just trying to find out how I can get my logo to appear on each and every page and not just on the homepage and how I can edit the font of the logo which is beside my logo. I would have thought that both of these were pretty basic bit it appears not.
    I have no idea why I am able to access the Cpanel and you are not. I have no idea why an error 404 message appears on an ipad or phone and not on a PC.
    I am anxious to get on with this website but I really cannot see how my experiences so far can possibly warrant a 5 star review. As I say, I love the theme and if I can get on with it I will certainly amend my review.

    - About 404 page issue, the cause by you have not choose your home front page( see the attachment screenshot)
    - About the slogan's font style issue: You enter the dashboard choose Boutique>>Theme Options>>Custom JS/CSS and enter these CSS codes:
    .header.style3 .slogan {
    font-family: 'DearPrudence'; // you can replace your font style here
    }
    Please do it and let me know your results.

    Thank you for this. I appreciate your patience. I originally decided upon a homepage which I liked. It was this homepage that I have been working on and experimenting with. This is the homepage which I would like to use.
    If I click on HOME on any homepage it brings up some 44 home page options two of each of 21 options, Home 1 Home 1, Home 2 Home 2, etc
    The one which I want to use is Home 6 options.
    So following your very clear instructions I went to settings>reading and found the drop down list of homepage options. Nowhere is there any reference to Home 6. There are 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9 and various others but no Home 6.
    I have tried most of the other options and mast of them come up with the following:
    Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias Boutique-opt7 not found.
    Maybe you mean: 'Boutique-opt6'
    I do, indeed, mean opt 6 but that choice is not available
    So how do I select Home 6 to be my homepage?

    OK, so I followed your instruction regarding changing the font of the slogan
    I went to Boutique>>Theme Options>>Custom JS/CSS - I was not sure if I should edit the CSS box or the JS box so I opted for the CSS box
    Your instructions were to enter the following:
    .header.style3 .slogan { font-family: 'DearPrudence'; // you can replace your font style here } - I have no idea how much of this I am supposed to enter but I have tried with .header.style3 .slogan followed by Arial rounded as the chosen font but this did not work
    I have tried the same with Arial rounded in inverted commas but this made no difference
    I have tried both of these options without the space between arial and rounded
    I have tried all of these without these without the word slogan
    Could you please tell me exactly what to type and exactly where I should type it in order to change the font to Arial rounded or any other font of our choosing?
    If the current font is 'DearPrudence' shouldn't that appear somewhere in the CSS/JS boxes to be edited?

    OK - Thank you for fixing the font.

    So, I now have the Home 6 as my homepage. It has a header and a slider and that is all.

    Previously I was working on the full template which had various widgets pictures and a footer. That is now all gone.

    Can you answer one simple question. Is there any way that I can re-install the original Home 6 template with all the links and widgets so that I can edit that to produce my own home page or do I have to build the entire page myself from scratch?

    There are 2 ways. You can create the original Home 6 at the dashboard>>Pages>>enter the name of page>>choose Backend Editor>>Add Template>>Default Template Tab>>choose 03 KT Home 6 as the attachment screenshot or re-install the Boutique theme from scratch.

    To choose a home page, it's the home front page, you enter the dashboard choose Settings>>Reading>>choose A static page option and choose your page as the home front page.( You can see the attachment screenshot). Hope it useful for you.
