By the default of theme, there are 8 headers layout as this link image: https://prnt.sc/1buh5pm
You can choose one of them. However you can create a new header by PHP codes if you are a coder.
and theme does not support to build a new one.

The cause by your site setting, you have to turn off the Demo Theme Option at the Dashboard>>Ovic Panel General tab and Lazy Load at the Lazyload tab also. I did and your site works fine now
