Moozo elementor theme not showing

Hi,

before i bought this theme the developer said he will do accesoires 1 for elementor, and i still dont see it when i want to import demo content i only see this:

So only 2 themes i see...

if it wont be dont i cant use the theme and i want a refund, i want to use elementor for this and not wpbakery.
When will it be dont ?? waiting for more than 5 days now and its urgent

The cause by your settings. You have not activate them. You enter the Dashboard>>Elementor>>Settings and check option as this link image:

Ok and how does this have to do with anything ? Doesnt make any sense

And when i want to import demo data i still only see this templates: https://prnt.sc/16np2ab

So how do i get Accesoires 1 for elementor ?

May i removed all your demo contents and re-install from scratch? What's demo do you want? The Tools or Tools Orange version?

When i want to import demo content i dont see accesoires 01 template.. and i installed the mozoo elementor folder. Did you even do it for elementor yet?

I just checked again and got the same problems as you mentioned. I did not see the Accessories template also. Let me contact to the author of theme and inform you asap.

Ok but this demo was up days ago, and also is it possible to use another slider and not slider revolution ? Because its god awful slow and slows down whole website

i dont get where to edit header... its not in elementor and not in theme options, change logo for example and structure of the header etc

where do i edit it ?

Hi Anchorcase
-To edit header then you have to direct edit your header style at the header directory and the theme does not support this function.( What do you want to to? If it's a simple work then i will help you or you have to pay for this work).
- To use the elementor then you have to configure it before. Please do as this link image and try again: https://prnt.sc/1768ldk
- To change logo and structure of theme then you have to turn off the Enable MetaBox Option at the Dashboard>>Pages>>your home front pages>>General before: https://prnt.sc/1768zda
After that you return the Dashboard>>Ovic Panel>>Theme Options>>General>>Logo

so i have to rebuild this manually with elementor, and why is the header not directly editable in elementor ? Whats the point
of using elementor then ??

Hi Anchorcase
No option to build the header by elementor ( you can build on footer only). To change anythings on header then you have to do by the css or php code.
The author of theme, they make some the headers style and you can choose at the dashboard>>Ovic panel>>Theme Options>>Header and choose your header styles there.

Hi, and what will that cost ? I have a coder too, but for this price of 89$ dollar i expect that you do this, for this half finished theme with many templates missing and that doesnt even support elementor fully
