Because this is the intention of the developers when you developed this theme.
This icon just would be appearances on the pages which have the sidebar. So if you still want to have this icon for all pages of your site, you have to custom.

In Theme Options, we have some available Header layout styles so that you can select one of them for your site: https://prnt.sc/phn9w-yV9mw8
Each header layout will have its own settings.

In case you select the header style in Theme Options but it does not change for some pages of your site, ...

Hi @manetdplus,

If you want to use another Header/Footer style for your site, you can select that header/footer in Theme Options and config for its settings.
In case you just want the change to be applied for the Homepage only, so pls click on Edit page >> scroll down > Custom Theme ...
