Color tone in sidebar

Hello, I have seen on your demo site:

that in the sidebar filters, they show the colors with a color tone and not in words as shown on my site, since I installed the template it appeared like this, so I want to know how you do it to show it in a color tone? Is it a plugin? Because if it's coded by hand, would it be complex that every time a color exists, it has to be programmed by hand so that it appears in the sidebar? Additionally I see that you show the filter by "size" I also need your help to show it.
