- Change the text Login and My account: Pls install the plugin Loco translate. Then translate these texts in Loco >> Themes: https://prnt.sc/B_sSrPIpV2f9
if you don't know how to do it, pls provide the admin account, and I will help you to do it.

we dont want to use the translate plugin to change the simple text. can you let me know how do we share the credentails to you?

If you don't use the translate plugin, you may translate these texts in the core of the theme.
It means that you have to back up when you update the theme in the future. If not, your changes will be lost. Do you agree with this?

So you can use the Child theme to change these texts.
Use the plugin child-theme to clone the template of this file (in the Main theme): templates-parts/header-user.php to the Child theme and custom.
With this, you don't need to do the backup.
