You are using the Meta box mode in Custom Theme Options.

You should use the CSS code to remove this:
body .shop-control .display-mode-control.mode-number{
display: none !important;
}
You can add this CSS code in the ACE Settings and remember to backup the code when you update or change something in the theme.

These are the settings of Woo so it is just applied for the Shop/category pages only.
Your homepage is not the shop page so you will not able to have the same settings with the shop page
