    Hello, The the is very, very slow and I need help. I tried everything in your docs and its still very slow. I can't even add my favicon because the site freezes when going into customize mode. Thank you

    Firstly, your support period was expired, so you need to extend it then you will continue to get the support
    Secondly, the theme was released on Themeforest. It means that the theme has been tested and passed the requirements of the TF censorship department. The problem on your site may be caused by some third-party tplugins or your hosting, ..... We need to check your site to know the reason.
    Lastly, when you extend your support term, pls provide your admin account and take the screenshot for your issue, I will help you to check. Thank you!
