You are using the Meta box mode in Custom Theme Options.
So if you want to remove this section for the homepage only, you can go to Edit page: https://prnt.sc/RtHh042gaanY >> Header and remove these options: https://prnt.sc/7llXkTtU_0oR

In case you want to apply for all pages, pls turn off the meta box mode: https://prnt.sc/5-zodILUYY1A then all settings in Theme Options will be applied for all pages of your site.
