You are still enabling the Meta box mode so all your settings in Theme Options will not be applied.
You can disable this mode when editing your Homepage in Custom Theme Options: https://prnt.sc/tuydbw > https://prnt.sc/tuydt1
Then select again this header style in Theme Option and config it: https://prnt.sc/tuyell
