You can create a new category here: https://prnt.sc/tp4sor
Then the new one will appear on the search box area.

I have already created new categories here. But, how those categories (Birds, Goats etc,, ) will appear here

The categories will display there when you add products for them. I make an example with the Test product: https://prnt.sc/tu6vmg then now the category Birds show on the search box: https://prnt.sc/tu6vt0
