    Kindly provide a document to tell me how to create new categories and sub-categories in website? Please find attached image for your reference.

    Hi,

    If you want to add the categories and subcategories for your vertical menu, you can go to Appearance > Menus > Vertical Menu: https://prnt.sc/tp4pz4
    From the left side > Categories > you can tick on the category you want to show: https://prnt.sc/tp4qli

    If your intention is different, please provide again your admin account and take more screenshots then I will check for you

    I have created two new categories Dogs and Hens but when I went to vertical menu; I am not able to see my newly created categories.

    How can I create a category which I newly created. As, I am not able to see my my newly created categories under vertical menu. Kindly support.

    Hi,

    I have done changes and now, categories are added. But, I faced one issue that Categories like Cats, Dogs are coming correct but categories like Birds, Goats are coming two times. kindly suggest,

    It is because of the description of Menu: https://prnt.sc/tub7vi.
    You can delete it then your menu on the Vertical menu will show correctly
