Ahh. As you can see in Layout control > Sidebar tab, originally you add some module to be displayed in left column in category page. Then I went to Facet navigation block module then select the categories that will display the filter you setup for.

My coders said that by default the header 8 has single color only(white). It's the same main color that's why you can not change it.
