They are minimum requirements for KuteShop. You wont be installed without these values. Can you change with other host? Please let me know when it has done.

It's the default of template which i have bought from designers and i have not got the clean css file. About my attached screenshot above, i have inspected with source codes. You can do the same and copy these css codes.
