TechOne: Vertical Menu in widget area

Im trying to use Vertical menu (style 1) in the left sidebar of the single product page but the submenus are not displaying correctly.
This is the code i use in the widget: [techone_verticalmenu layout="default" title="xxx" menu="vertical-menu" limit_items="5"]

attached images, one of the menu working correctly in the home and the one working wrong in the sidebar

I have checked and found that it's correct because in the single product page, it has added the Widget Area ( see the attached screenshot)
