Please understand that right now the shop is loosing money because of poor optimization. This is a paid theme, which should have a proper support. I understand that You want to update the theme, but in my opinion You shouldn't ignore clients who already paid for theme because of update. If You knew about performance issues in that theme you should not sell it in first place.

Please assist me in this issue, right now theme doesn't work as it should, and this is unnaceptable.

Dear mate,

I will continue support for you instead of "minhtu7389". He will be off for a few days.
About your issue, I understand that you are getting stuck with server loading speed. However it would be hard for us when we are highly focused on developing the new framework and we ensure that this will be a perfect framework.
If it is possible, you can wait for the complete processing then we will check again your problem.
You can refer our another project that uses the new framework and you may like this (I hope so)
