I see your issue. The problem is that you still do not enable the Editing with WPBakery Page Builder mode.
Please negative to WPBakery Page Builder > Role Manager > Select Post type is Custom then tick on the boxes of pages that you want to edit

As i mentioned, my coder said that the Image Carousel shortcode, it's not support for the RTL site. In this case, you have to custom by yourself or connect to customize services, they will check and fix it. Also, you can use my shortcode, it's the KuteShop:Slider.
