Hi @misskittens,

Firstly, please DO NOT post your purchase code publicly. It's will not be safe.
Secondly, when you buy a theme from us, then you just can see all the tickets of that theme. You are not allowed to see the other ticket of the other themes.
So if you are facing with just only this theme, please help me to take the screenshot when you are signin

I already bought the theme. I gave you the purchase code. Please clarify what you are talking about. Here is the problem that I am having with the support system. I have already requested a refund. Please help me with the refund

Dear mate,

When you bought Turan theme, when you got the purchase code of this theme, you are just allowed to see all tickets of Turan theme and submitting tickets by entering the purchase code. With the other pages, you cannot access to.

Hope you understand for this. For any issues regarding to the theme, please let me know. I am willing to support for you
