Product Categories on main page

Hi,
I am setting up nicely the categories on home page but:
- The sections in tab are forced to show certain categories instead of "ALL"
- I set up a color for the different Tabs but all remains Black
- All the other sub-tabs are being highlighted in white, which means we cannot see them.
