Cart buttons

Hi Andy! Looking for some help:
1) In the shopping cart section the "+" and "-" don't seem to fit correctly in the item line... is there a way to maybe make these smaller so they fit? or change something else so that it doesn't look bad?
2) I would like the "Compare At Price" to be listed on the product page... I think someone else I had working on the site may have accidentally taken that off, so hopefully its an easy fix.
3) Is there anyway to show the search results with a grid that is 4 wide instead of only 3?
4) I've noticed the search bar magnifying glass icon is off center... not sure how that happened!
I already have you added to a staff account so let me know what you can do! thank you.
