In your case, you can import at the dashboard>>Ovic Plugins>>Ovic Import Demo>>choose your demo. Also, you can import at the Tools>>Import>>Install Wordpress>>Run Impoter>>choose contents.xml file>>your account name>>Attachment file>>Run. That's all.
