Theme not installing

I purchased a theme for my 'Shopify' store (themeforest-21981578-imarket-ready-template-drag-and-drop) and it will not install. I'm being told that the "zip does not contain a valid theme". I've attached the error message as a screen shot to give you the complete picture as to what is happening. Please advise at your soonest...
