Your cart is empty and empty adress

Hello,
we have your Logancee Theme for Prestashop 1.6. And we have some issues with cart.
Sometimes it shows "your cart is empty" after adding products.
And when we or our clients fill adress and click "next" to choose carrier, the site again show empty fields of adress. We must write it again, and again and we can't place order.
This issues do not appear every time (once per several/dozen orders). But when we had that issuse, we changed templates for default-bootstrap and then everything worked normally.
