    The trouble with installing theme on my hosting

    Hello,

    I bought your theme boutique because i like it. But now i have a problem to install it on my server provider. I found that your theme is compatible only with Zend Guard Loader and Ion Cube Loader . My hosting provider offfers PHP 5.4.37 with Zend Guard Loader and Ion Cube Loader but your theme requires PHP 5.5.21 and more and my provider doesnt offer this PHP with Zend Guard Loader and Ion Cube Loader. I dont know how to solve it. Would you help me please ? Thanks for your soon reply .

    Hi Yame. Thank you for your soon answer . I have a lot of problems. I m not able to use ovic theme configuration because it missing in my administration panel. The site looks broken. My products pictures are missing . When I click on product picture HTTP ERROR 500 is shown. I would like to use your theme but I need your help.

    Thank you for you assistance. I would like to use your theme but now I m using another theme becasue your doesnt work for a while. So your coder has to switch your theme to see all problems. Thank you

    Hi mate.

    My coder has viewed your issue. He would like to recommended that you should back-up both your database + source code of Boutique theme. Then please help us to install this theme on another Prestashop. He will check the bug basing on that Boutique theme (just only our theme is installed in Prestashop) and when we can fix it, you also can set your another theme.

    Please provide me again the account of Prestashop. We will check then give you the solution

    I made a back up databases through webhosting but I dont know hot to make back up for source code of Boutique theme. Could you do it please I can give you access where you need. Thank You

    Oh. You can go to your Cpanel then zip the source file. That you can back up source code.
    Then install Boutique theme in a new Prestashop, provide me that account. We will check the bug for you

    Hello. I was busy last two month . Unfortunely i wasnt succesful with yout theme and theme is still doesnt work. If you are able to help me I can give you access to my admins because I dont know what to do.

    What the errors when you installed this? Can you show me the attachment then I will help you.
    If it is possible, pls help me to install a new Prestashop then provide me your account (URL link, user name and pw).

    Basically, I have a problem with mainly pop up window that appears only at the end of the website. It is also a problem for the mobile version of the module ovice page link. When you click on this button in the mobile version still is displayed and superimposed important elements on the page. In my admninistracion panel of PrestaShop also missing ovice theme config. You can use mickeyt27@gmail.com name and password is 12345678.     Please help me to switch into Boutique theme. I can change but I am afraid of losing all your configuration of your current theme in your site. So it is better when you can do it for you. I will check the prb when you using my theme

    I've viewed your problem. I can see that your footer is quite different from the footer of demo site. I cannot go to your Layout builder, but I guess that you are using homepage 14 for your site. The footer problem will be check in code. My coder will check later.
    - For the Ovic page link button on mobile version, just because the interface on mobile is not allowed to show the popup to another place. Even on demo site, you can also see this. So if you want to design this popup as you wish, you should contact to customized service to get the best solution. The admin there will check it for you.

    Yes I used 14 homepage for my site, but I also canot access to Layout Builder . I dont know what layout builder you mean. And where I should contact customized service ?
